Because of the nature of our products, we follow a clear and fair refund and return policy.

Returns

Due to hygiene and food safety standards, we do not accept returns on any opened products.

• Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging to be considered for any return request.
• Any item that has been opened, tampered with, or partially consumed is not eligible for return.

Refunds

Customers may request a refund within 14 days from the date of order.

To be eligible for a refund:

• The request must be made within the 14-day window
• The product must meet the return conditions (unopened and unused)

Once your request is reviewed and approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a product that is:

• Defective
• Incorrect

Please contact us as soon as possible with proof (such as photos), and we will resolve the issue promptly through a replacement or refund.

Important Notes

• Refunds or returns requested after 14 days from the order date will not be accepted.
